Sogeumgang is sixth of the Eight Scenic Views of Hwaam. In the 4km section from Hwaam 1-ri to Mulun 1-ri centering on the Eocheon River that originates at Baekjeon-ri basin, there are fantastically shaped rocks standing 100-150m high on both sides. It has a peculiar and magnificent appearance that is said to look like Geumgangsan Mountain, and therefore, is called Sogeumgang(Small size version of Geumgangsan Mountain).
